The only data stored by the app is your favourite stations list, saved locally on your device using internal storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
The app requires an internet connection to stream live radio. When you play a station, your device connects directly to the third-party broadcaster's server. We do not log, monitor, or intercept your listening activity. Broadcasters may have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for third-party server policies.
HD FM Radio does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. There are no ads in the app. We do not integrate with Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any similar service.
The app may check our server for available updates. During this check, your device's IP address may be temporarily visible to our server as part of a standard HTTP request. We do not log or store these IP addresses.
HD FM Radio is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data from any user, there is no special risk to children. The app complies with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA.
Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no risk of your personal information being accessed, disclosed, or stolen from us. Your favourites are stored only on your own device.
