1 Information We Collect

The HD FM Radio app does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account or log in.

• We do not collect your name, email, or phone number.
• We do not track your location.
• Favorite stations are saved only on your device (local storage).

2 Internet Access

The app requires an internet connection to stream live radio audio and to load station information from our servers. No personal data is sent during this process — only standard network requests to fetch audio streams.

3 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party libraries inside the app:

• ExoPlayer (Media3) – for audio streaming. No data is shared externally.
• Glide – for loading station images from URLs. No personal data is transmitted.
• Retrofit / Gson – for fetching station lists from our API. Only public radio data is retrieved.

4 Notifications

The app may send you optional notifications when a new version of HD FM Radio is available. You can enable or disable notifications at any time from your device's Settings or from within the app sidebar.

5 Children's Privacy

HD FM Radio does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is a general-purpose radio streaming service with no user accounts.
